Quality Production Management needs your Offshore Mechanic experience to keep our customers Compressors and Engines online, and well maintained. If you’re a Natural Gas Engine or Compressor Mechanic with Offshore experience, and are looking for a great opportunity to make a change for the better, then please apply and send us your résumé.
Requirements & Responsibilities
- 2 to 3 years’ experience offshore or land as a Natural Gas Engine/Compressor Mechanic or Field Service Technician required
- Strong Mechanical Troubleshooting skills are required
- Strong knowledge of Engine Systems and Controls are required
- Engine Knowledge required (some, but not all): Waukesha, Caterpillar, Cooper slow speed, Turbines, Ariel, or Ajax packages
- Troubleshoot Natural Gas Engines and Compressors
- Complete Field Repairs
- Service, maintain, and test engine shutdowns
- Ability to do a complete in frame overhaul and complete rebuilds is a plus
- Diesel Engine or pump repairs are a plus
- Promote good housekeeping on all work sites
