Responsibilities and Duties
- Receive material from vendors, load and unload merchandise from trucks and other vehicles
- Operate forklift and other powered equipment to move items among locations in the warehouse, ensure items are stored in the appropriate areas.
- Complete JSA for general forklift use and specific job loadouts, follow safety protocols and maintain a safe working environment
- Package merchandise for shipment, coordinate transportation for delivery, and oversee loadout of supplies being shipped out.
- Maintain records of shipments and inventory, perform daily inventory checks
Required Qualifications
- 1+ year experience in a Warehouse environment
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Knowledge of safety protocols and ability to work safely
- Ability to work independently
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Knowledge of warehouse management systems is a plus
