Quality Companies Appoints Richard C. Leal in New Business Development Position

Quality Companies, the global offshore and onshore construction, fabrication and electrical and instrumentation company, has appointed Richard C. Leal to manage new business development in the refinery, chemical, power plant and oilfield sectors.

Leal will serve the Houston, Ingleside, Corpus Christi, San Antonio and lower South Texas areas. Leal has experience in regional sales director and senior sales manager roles for a range of companies serving the oil and gas industry in Texas, and has a track record of increasing revenues significantly.
