Responsibilities and Duties
- Monitor and operate platform equipment such as wells, separators, and compressors remotely using PLC.
- Direct Operators to verify, troubleshoot, and repair faulty equipment such as valves, chemical pumps, and safety devices.
- Work with other services such as Coil Tubing, Construction, and Wire line crews
- Test safety devices on regular intervals (Monthly, Quarterly, Annually) to ensure they are functioning properly
- Work safely and participate in emergency drill / safety meetings
- Ensure platform and equipment comply with BSEE and Coast Guard regulations
- Complete JSA’s and other required paperwork
Required Qualifications:
- 4+ years of experience in Offshore Production operations required.
- Experience with deep-water and control room operations is required.
- Experience with sub-sea wells is a plus.
