Payroll Manager
This position is: Full Time
Position Location: Youngsville, LA
Quality Companies is accepting applications for a Payroll Manager.  We offer competitive pay and a comprehensive benefits package including a 401K plan with company match.

The candidate must have 6+ years of payroll experience with:
  • Balancing payroll accounts by resolving payroll discrepancies
  • Providing payroll information by answering questions and requests
  • Maintaining payroll guidelines by writing and updating policies and procedures

Duties include but are not limited to:

  • Maintaining payroll information by designing systems; directing the collection, calculation, and entering of data
  • Paying employees and complies payroll information by managing payroll preparation, completing reports, and maintaining records
  • Updating payroll records by reviewing and approving changes in exemptions, insurance coverage, savings deductions, job titles and department / division transfers
  • Prepares reports by compiling summaries of earnings, taxes, deductions, leave, disability, and non-taxable wages
  • Complies with federal, state, and local legal requirements by studying existing and new legislation, enforcing adherence to requirements, advising management on needed actions
