HR/Benefits Administrator

Quality Construction & Production, LLC is currently taking applications for an HR / Benefits Administrator at our Youngsville La. Location. The successful candidate will be responsible for directing and planning the day to day operations of group benefits programs (health, dental, vision, short-term and long- term disability, life & 401k)

Detailed Description

  • Proven work experience as benefits administrator of (500-1000 employees).
  • 5-10 years of experience in benefits administration positon.
  • Solid understanding of different benefit plans (retirement, health & dental insurance etc. ) and relevant regulations.
  • Understanding of data recording and analysis.
  • Coordinate daily benefits processing. Handle enrollments, terminations, changes beneficiaries, distributions.
  • Maintain 401k distributions and maintain employee benefit files.
  • Processing monthly billing and invoicing for all group plans.
  • Audit / analyze all functions and data for actuarial assessments.
  • Knowledge of all pertinent federal and state regulations, filing and compliance requirements, both adopted and pending, affecting employee benefit programs.
  • Computer proficiency and technical aptitude with the ability to use Microsoft products.
  • Excellent communication and organization skills.


This position has no supervisory responsibilities with no travel expected.  Full Time, Monday thru Friday 8:00 am – 5:00 pm.

Salary DOE- Health –Dental –Vision- STD-LTD-LIFE- 401k offered.
